Hi, I'm Lisa

My daughter Katie died in a car accident at the age of 17.
 
Before I lost Katie, I was a health coach who helped busy moms start exercising and eating healthy so they could finally lose the weight.  I use that knowledge and my own journey with grief to help grieving moms get control of their emotional eating AND their grief.

  • Q:  What if I just lost my child? Is it too early for this?

    A: Not at all. This workshop and workbook are designed in a way that you can choose baby steps or bigger steps, depending on where you are at and what you are comfortable with. The Emotional Eating Workshop contains simple tools to help you feel more in control.

  • Q: I can't concentrate on anything right now. Will the Workshop be helpful at all?

    A: The tools and journals I have provided for you will help you make sense of how your emotions influence your grief and vice versa. Once downloaded, you can refer back to the video as much as you need.

  • Q: How much time will it take me to work through the Workshop and Workbook?

    A: The Emotional Eating Workshop video is 37 minutes long. It can be viewed in one sitting, or you can watch it in small increments.

  • Q: Will the Workchop help my husband and family as well?

    A: Definitely. This Workshop is beneficial for the whole family.  When mom is feeling better, everyone in the family will feel better. Eating healthier is a great first step towards coping better too.
